This New England native is happy that the Sox have advanced to the Series. I was a bit worried after Detriot pulled ahead early in the game.

SMH... Im a Rays fan so I was so angry when they beat us. I really wanted Detroit to win. I honestly thought Detroit had the Sox tonight. Boston just can put up so many runs.

I'm an Angels fan so I'm not happy about the Sox winning with two former Angels.

But I'm not as mad as I thought I'd be. This Red Sox team is hard to hate. They play hard and hit so damn well. If they win the WS they deserve it. Such a huge turnaround from the Chicken and Beer era.

I do have to give them that. The Sox never gave up. They always tried. All the games were very good and very close.

Better luck to you next year. I always liked the Rays. If a team from the AL East is going to make it to the WS I always hope it's the Rays. They have the odds stacked against them with all the money the Yankees and Red Sox can spend. Yet the Rays have been competitive for a while now. It's pretty impressive how good the GM is.
